The St. Rose Extra Care Program strives to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for the children who attend our school in grades Kindergarten through Eighth. It is designed to meet the needs of working parents while allowing students to play, work and enjoy various indoor and outdoor activities under the direction of dedicated staff. Children are expected to act appropriately and respectfully, or they will be asked not to return to the program.
The Extra Care Program operates on the days that the school is in session. There are a few half days or special events days when ExtraCare will not be offered. Families will be notified of these dates well in advance.
Extra Care Hours
Before School Care: 7:00 -7:45 a.m. (Breakfast should be eaten before coming to school)
After School Care: After Care is offered from 2:30-6:00 p.m. (Snack Provided)
Extended Care on Half Days: 12:00 – 6:00 and (Students should pack a lunch)

For those who attend After Care please take a moment to review this Guidelines and Routines sheet for After Care. REMINDER: There will be no After Care on the first day of school. (9/2/25)
