Curriculum and Staff – Rosebud Academy

Hello, I am Fern Love, the Director of Rosebud Academy Preschool. We pride ourselves on the gentle, child-led, creative learning environment that Rosebud offers.

Rosebud Academy Preschool offers programs for children ages 3 to 5 years old. We currently have three 3-year-old classes, three 4-year-old classes, and a Transitional Kindergarten class. We organize our 3’s and 4’s classes in a way that groups children together who are closer developmentally. We have found this to be successful as even a few month’s age difference in the preschool years can make a big difference in what and how the children need to learn. Organizing classes in this way allows teachers to focus on truly age-appropriate materials that keep the children fully engaged and ensure mastery of the most important skills.
