All families from St. Rose of Lima School and Rosebud Academy Preschool are invited to join us for our 11th Annual Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 17, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Rosebud Academy Preschool in Barrington. The cost is $25 per vehicle. Walk-in Registration is available (no vehicle) for $25.00 per family and we ask that you bring a bag of candy to share as you walk around.
What is Trunk or Treat?
Adults decorate their cars / trunks and hand out treats from their trunks. Kids dress in Halloween costumes and go from car to car enjoying the decorated cars.
How Do I decorate my Car?
You can decorate your car any way you choose. You can be as simple or elaborate as you wish. Please just keep in mind that there will be small children in attendance and we are a Catholic school. Please keep all themes appropriate. NO POLITICAL THEMES are permitted.
Do I have to decorate my car or can I just bring my kids to the event?
We are offering the option this year for families to come to the event without decorating a car. The price to join without a car is also $25 and we are asking that you bring a bag of candy to share as you walk around.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are decorating your car, you will not be permitted to exit the parking lot until the event is complete and children are all safely in cars. This is non-negotiable and we will kindly remind you if you try to leave before it is safe. If you think you will need or want to leave early — please do not decorate your car.

You can register for Trunk or Treat by sending this registration flyer into school with your payment (Cash or Check made payable to St. Rose of Lima PTA), or by paying via PayPal below. Please note if you are paying by PayPal you do not have to send in a paper form as the PayPal button collects all the information that is needed. No tickets will be given, and you will be checked in upon arrival.
The cost for each family is $25. If you are paying online, the cost includes a small fee to cover the PayPal fees.
